What is a Money Coach?
A money coach is a professional who helps individuals or couples gain control over their finances and achieve their financial goals. I provide guidance and support on topics like day-to-day spending, budgeting, debt strategies, saving, and money management. I also help educate and empower my clients to make informed financial decisions, develop healthy financial habits, and stay accountable to their goals. I do not provide investment advice or sell financial products; instead, I focus on building financial skills and knowledge.
How can I benefit you?
I provide several benefits, including personalized financial guidance, accountability, and support. I help individuals gain clarity on their financial goals and develop a realistic plan to achieve them. In addition, I assist with budgeting, debt reduction, and saving strategies, ultimately increasing financial literacy and confidence. Lastly, I offer an unbiased perspective, helping my clients make sound financial decisions based on their unique circumstances.
What can you expect from a session?
Typically, my clients start with a FREE 15-20 minute call so we can quickly get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit and I can help. Then we’d move onto a Conscious Coaching Session, which is a 2 hour in depth session going over your financial situation and focusing on a specific issue or goal. Prior to the session, there is some pre-work to complete so I can have a whole view of your financial situation prior to our Google Meets call. After completing your pre-work, I will look at all the details to determine the best path forward on your path to financial independence to make sure your goals align with your priorities.
How long does it take to see results?
The time it takes to see results in money coaching can vary depending on various factors, including your individual financial situation, goals, and level of commitment. Some individuals may start noticing positive changes within a few weeks, while others may take several months to see significant progress. It is important to keep in mind that money coaching can be an ongoing process, and results may continue to evolve over time as you integrate new habits and mindset shifts. Working closely with myself and consistently implementing guidance and strategies will expedite the progress and increase the likelihood of seeing positive results sooner.
